This one is a double bladed Staffordshire design, also known as a "broomhook". Overall length is ~15" with a 9" hook blade and a ~5" axe blade, both with a convex grind. Constructed of 6150 steel with a burl wood handle. Weight is ~1lb and the hardness is 58-60.

Now that's an old design and well done. Reminds me of a banana pruner or hedging bill of same period too- should be great around the house.
