I know you guys are thinking, jeez when is he going to quit! I know. :). I'm retired and have a obsessive personality. Once I get into something, well :).
Anyway, between finishing up the Leopard, I had shaped this one and heat treated it and finished it up today. I decided to leave the flats as they came from the heat treat, quench and temper. I'm not sure but I think the wood is Macassar ebony. I had a small piece and was saving it for a smaller knife. The ss pins have a fine mosaic center. The blade is 3" and the handle is 3".

 
Another nice looking blade! Where do you find the time!! I actually go on my lunch an put 15 minutes in or I wouldn't be working on knives.

I retired Jan 1st of this year. I can work on knives 10 hours a day five days a week (more or less).
