My name is Jason Fry. I'm a psychologist by day, knifemaker by night. I've been making knives for about two years as of May 2010. I like to make fixed blade hunting knives, and I like to use interesting materials with a story. I'd rather use your grandpa's old file and some wood I cut off of a friend's ranch than to buy bar stock and stabilized wood, although I also use bought materials.
