"The Montana Bladesmith"
I've been working on this pattern design, and tweaking for a long time, trying to find what I consider the right mix for an Ultralight, EDC, Folder/Flipper.... think I'm finally satisfied.
I've never been one to make models of knives, but I'm calling this one my "Model 7 Ultralight" They will be available with either a spear point or a clipped point blade.
Here's the Clipped Point version:
The Specs are:
-All Titanium scales, clip, and screws/hardware
-Caged Bearing Pivots
-Blade: 80CRV2 (Flat grind with convex edge)
-Blade Length: 3 1/4"
-Closed Length: 4 1/2"
-Open Length: 8"
-WEIGHT: 3.5 oz (most folders this size are double that weight... hence "Ultralight")
-Tumbled/Stonewashed finish throughout
-Entire knife has been coated with satin clear Gun-Kote, for added durability and near zero maintenance.
