Hey y'all, I've been gone 8 days deer hunting with no access to the Internet. Did y'all miss me?

Yes. Did you get a deer?

No I did not get a deer, I only shoot 8 point or better so I usually only kill two or three a year in addition to does during anterless deer week here in Florida. So far I have killed 3 does and have another in my freezer that my granddaughter killed, my wife and I and our grand kids eat about 5 deer a year. I only came home to go to a funeral, I'll be going back ASAP, the rut is just getting started down here.

Our season just closed with rut being in full swing about mid Nov. Interesting. I miss it already. Time to get some stands moved around and wait till oct. Good luck and God Bless.

I'll keep after them,it's so warm down here this year I think they are still moving mostly at night but they will get crazy here before too long.

I like deer hunting but I LOVE turkey hunting. To me deer hunting is a way to help pass the time until turkey season gets here. Yelp,yelp,yelp... GOBBEL,GOBBEL,GOBBEL!!!!!!!
