I.D. on a Case knife

Picked up this knife in an antique shop in Forsyth, GA. My research online has come up with two different date ranges. The
Case
Bradford
PA
stamp shows to be the pre 1920 era.

But the

CASE
Tested XX
stamp shows to be 1920 to 1940 era.

Any help clarifying is greatly appreciated. Sorry the pics aren't that good. No luck on the 6235 stamp.
