Im Duncan from Dorset in England
Im a stay at home Dad who was a Design and production Engineer . I started making a couple of knives by hand to get me in the shed away from the Nappies (diapers) for a break and so i could try a few designs for bush crafting without spending a fortune.
any way some others wanted some and as my Engineering and production head kicked in and took over its been getting out of hand ever since.
Im now still a house husband looking after the kids and a lot of steel
Im here because UK has little in the way of good suppliers for a lot of Knife making stuff and I buy in a few times a year from USAknifemakers etc and thought I would look in on this forum.
Ive also been doing some How to Videos on Kydex mainly for UK makers and users as its a relatively little used product
which im happy put up as a standalone thread here if they will be of any use might help UK based people looking for stuff
I look fwds to learning more on Kydex and Folders as im trying to develop my own designs
