Hello from Texas

Hello: Never done a knife, but have liked them since childhood. I was doing a couple of trade points for some arrows from a saw blade and kind of thought of trying to do a knife. I've read a few posts and the forum is incredible. It's a blessing to find such a forum with so much information. Thanks to all.
 
Welcome! Whereat in Texas are you? There's a lot of us folks here from there, and one of us might just be close to you.
 
Hello and welcome. Travis is right, there are many of us Texan Knife Makers in many different levels of experience and the majority is pretty darn welcoming.

Thanks for the welcome, all of you. I'm from El Paso. I was just checking your website Travis, and was amazed with the work you do, congrats.
 
Hello all, I'm not a knife guy but a gun guy. I've seen some great laminate handled folders and thought I'd like to give it a try.
