Hi,
I would like to present to you. I am a hobby knife maker from Germany. Full-time I work as a paramedic for the Red Cross.
I prefer to forge damask.
Here are a few pictures of my recent work. The final finish is still missing, the fittings are not yet hardened and etched.

Awesome work friend,like others,
How did you get that damascus pattern?

God bless,Keith

Hi Uwe and welcome to KD. Would also love to know how you make that beautiful damascus pattern.

Hello and welcome..........your knife is beautiful but I must admit I want to do some file work on it!!!! Sorry I love to file. I hope you have fun here...some nice people.

Hi,
nice that you like it.
The production of mosaic damascus I have not been documented. On my site I have a series of images corresponding to the rough running. The difference lies in the basic structure of the package and the subsequent welding as San Mai blade.

In the next package in the way I'll take a few pictures.

Since my school English is not sufficient I also use a translation program, I hope you understand what I write.

Greetings and thanks for the nice replies
