I used to do the blade grinding myself, but I found some good quality pre made blades and other custom makers to make up blanks for me, so I can focus on the handles.

Thanks guys! The green/black handle material is stuff I made up myself using denim/linen and MAS Epoxy and layered up and compressed, similar to the basics behind Micarta.

I've been working on a camo version, too:
