G10 with carbon fiber pins?

I've been thinking a project or 2 ahead, and was thinking of trying to do something with g10 bolsters. I was wondering if anyone has done the CF pins in black g10, and how well they blended? I know they won't blend as well as peened like metals, but I'm curious.

I think it would be okay. They're both going to be pretty black. The more polished they are, the better they'll blend, probably.

I say go for it.
