Yes like most now a days they think its gold. There are people out there who will pay almost $7 a pound for an old anvil but sadly I am not one of them.

It is a cool anvil, but yes, way overpriced.
Around here Anvils in good shape are going for $10.00 a pound. Ridiculous.

It's an old, probably around 70-100 years old, Kohlswa anvil weighing 400 lbs / 182kg. Model A1 (london pattern).
