can any body tell me about this motor

Hey guys, trying to get a grinder built, got my hands on this brand new motor today but not sure if it is single or three phase

here is what the plate says

Will this work for a knife grinder motor and is it single or three phase so i can run a vfd to it

At 115 volts, it may just be single phase. I have never seen a 3 phase motor that didn't run 230V or above. Can you take a picture of the Information Plate where you got all of that information?
