"Birch [as a handle material] is warm..."

KNIFE MAKER
I saw a knifemaking company make this claim.

I understand that wood is "warm" compared to steel or compared to fiberglass/epoxy materials. Maybe not stabilized wood.

So I wonder what they're referring to. Any insights/experience comparing the "warm feel" of different wood for handles. Do you think it's true birch wouldn't get as cold as other woods? Are density or oil content factors.... IDK what do you think? I've got lots and it's not my intention to slam this company.
