Biltong Knife

This is a little biltong (Jerky, hope the spelling is correct) knife I made. Still need to edge my makers mark on.

Nice knife, I have never seen a Biltong knife like that, it looks really cool, I like that you would be able to cut biltong without cutting your finger at the end of the stroke.!!
