I built my first stock removal knife in 75', did a few from flat files and a couple from big old round saw mill blades. Never anything fancy. I got the bug a year or so ago to hot forge and took a couple of classes from David Lisch. I am very interested in forging blades from whatever metals I can scrounge up, springs, bolts, files and old hammers. This site is full of great information, thanks for having me.
 
Thanks. I've been cruising all over this forum for the past few days. First thing I need to get straight is heat treating coil/leaf springs. Govment has all my money so I can't afford all the store bought stuff. :)
