i agree with the above. to me, the knife looks great, but the handle could use some improvement. straighter/more uniformed and as mentioned, maybe some type of decorative knotting or binding instead of just straight wraps around the handle. i'm not well versed in this so i can't offer any...

some updates...all scales are glued...have 2 more to "rough" profile... moving along though, 55 days til the wedding. looming deadline is getting CLOSE!! lol

HAHAH thanks for the kind words guys. i guess being so anal is finally paying off in some aspects. i'm still pretty jacked up about that brand (a brand of a brand!! lol). i think it adds a nice professional touch!!

here is a picture of the brand i'm going to use on my sheaths. i had my brother CNC it for me (this is just burned into a 2x4) Other than that I'm finishing up gluing on handles and spacers. It's a slow tedious process. Still looking for a Tormek or the like to sharpen all these as well.

Here is the leopardwood with some maple spacers. it looks like the spacers aren't even, but after i file back a bit they will be.

After some serious slacking, I am finally getting back to the handles on these. Ordered some spacers today, I have one handle that is ready to be glued but am just waiting on deciding what color spacer material I want to use. I'll start to get stuff updated! Sorry for the long delay
