    Relief cut in liner

I'm working on a couple of large liner locks, and i am using .078 Ti for the liners and going to put 1/8"G-10 for scales. Question is do I need to cut a relief grove in the lock down to about .050 or will it be OK as is.I'm wondering if it will be too stiff.:les: Thanks Stan

    Thumb Stud question

On my liner locks I attach the stud with a 1-72 FH screw from the off side.I have seen some done with the blade threaded and the stud screwed into it. My question is,will a 2-56 screw be strong enough for this or even a 1-72. Thanks Stan
