I recently went back to a day job so knife time is really short. Working on Christmas orders, I burnt an element in my Evenheat. After about a week of emails w/ no response, I pm'd BossDog and POOF!...problem solved. in a matter of hours!! Now I know where to check FIRST next time I need...
