Its happened on the flat platten and on my wheel. Should the corners of wheel be dressed with a file ? I typically flat gind and have been attempting to hollow grind.

Do you glue the tang nut in ?

I got the tang nut in, do I drill a hole the same size ? Or slightly bigger? The nuts were supposed to be .375 but are actually .3913. I dont have a drill bit that is exact same size.

I want a aluminum pommel with a tang nut of some type. Typically just a chunk of aluminum drilled and rounded ? I also am not sure how thick the guard is when assembled. Mines excessively think and need to take it down some but not sure when to stop. Thanks !

Just wondered of rounding and threading was more work than just cutting it off and welding bolt.

Would it be easier to cut thread part off and weld a bolt on ? Do that after HT ?

The knife locks up tight but when I hit the spline on edge of table, it gives away. How do I take a pic of that ?

I've never had a folder I made not pass the "whack the blade spline" test, testing the lock. I'm not sure how your supposed to fix it. Bend lock bar more ? Thanks ! DAVE
