i agree with the above. to me, the knife looks great, but the handle could use some improvement. straighter/more uniformed and as mentioned, maybe some type of decorative knotting or binding instead of just straight wraps around the handle. i'm not well versed in this so i can't offer any...

Got to working on the sheath template last night...I'm have three more knives to shape, then it's just finish sanding / buffing / sealing. Oh ya, and 40 days til D-DAY!

there are tons of other cool ideas to branch off from. We used to use stuff like this for making fraternity letter shirts:
