    Little Trouble Maker

This knife gave me problems at literally every step of the process...hence the name. I'm pleased with how it turned out though.

The blade is plough steel. Handle is birdseye maple with a CA glue finish (this makes for a lot of good jokes about how hard it is to put down). The fittings are the usual wrought iron.

Nice work man! I detect a Raymond Richards influence here....

GHEzell, Ray taught me pretty much everything I know. He's a good teacher.

Thanks for the compliment, Gary! I had fun making it.

Peter, I had to log in to view your knife. I to have run into knives that give me trouble. Looks good!

I was finally able to get a really nice fit where the shoulders meet the guard on this one. I ruined a guard, a handle, and made three attempts at getting the tang extension right, but it turned out and I already have a guyer for it.

Sad to hear you've lost interest. Do I need to stop buy and get you interested again?

Peter, No reservation is required to drop by the shop. May need to do it before you go back to school.

Peter, Right now it looks like I will be going after some chinook Tuesday. Make sure you call first. I'd even settle for a coho or a steelhead. Haven't been fishing for a couple months so maybe my luck has changed.
