strips of cotton bed sheets.......20 or so in total

cover wooden jig in a little vaseline and wax paper

nail one end with a little over hang at the other end and now ready to epoxy resin together

after all are resined up, i use vise grip to clamp the over hang end and twist a little

fold over wax paper and clamp down for a day or two

remove from wooden jig, should look like this and end up rock hard
