    Custom Sharpfinger

    Here is my version of the schrade sharpfinger that a friend of mine ordered. This is the first knife that I finally put my makers mark on that Ernie and I designed.
    please give your comment and suggestions good and bad, all help welcome. Thanks.
    1080steel
    amber dyed stag scales
    nickel/silver domed pins
    1/4" SS thong tubing
    blade edge 3 1/4"
    OAL 7 1/8"
    3/16" thick steel
    Quench DT48 from maxim oil.

    I packed one of those around during my teenage years. growing up in southern Indiana....ran my trap line with it always on my side. A classic pattern, and very nicely done!

    Thanks for all the kind words.
    I cannot take credit for the sheath I bought it from a maker on ebay.
    His name is S. Scott. It is nice heavy duty leather with a full welt, all I did was
    wet fit it to the blade.It worked out perfect.
