We are cutting 150 sets of these.

The price will be $20 for the set. They will be tumbled and have a stone wash finish. This picture shows a sand blasted finish so the finish will be slightly different than what is shown. The set includes a 30" beaded chain for a necklace. You can cut that length down and make a key chain with it if you like. I will also throw in a couple black silicon rubber silencers.

A couple things to note. These are .040" Titanium, not inexpensive aluminum. They are waterjet cut. The cutting time is over 8 hours for a 150 pieces. These aren't laser images, they are cut outs and there is a pair of them, not just a single dog tag.

Yes, it you have the right equipment. I sanded them on the disk sander to 400g and then used a scotchbrite belt on them then anodized them.

Not sure you can use an envelope as that's usually just for documents. I've never had consistent postage from the States - very variable. Ordinary air (not prepaid) on a small knife is ~$4 and takes <1 week. Pre-paid air parcel ~$16 but that's for a bigger knife. I'll check with some of the other Aussies for a group buy.
