This is something I've been wanting to do with this model but this one came out a little thicker in the handle than I wanted. I'll have to use thinner overlays on the next one.

This one is available, the specs are:

Blade - 2 - 9/16" x .145" thick CPM154
Handle - 3 - 7/16 closed, .080" ti frame w/double .050 ti overlays.
Overall - 6"
Pivot - 1/8" barrel with IKBS
Back spacer - Carbon fiber
Other - Titanium pocket clip (tip up carry), opens as fast as an auto with no wrist action.
