Got my bags pretty much packed not to mention all the time my wife spent packing baby things we will be bringing with us. Never could figure out how someone so small requires so much stuff. There's a chance I maybe able to update things while I'm gone. Kylie, Grandma and Grandpa will be seeing you soon!

Ray,

May your path be clear of danger, may the wind be at your back, may the sun shine on your face, and may God cradle you in his hands during your journey.

Wishing you and all your family the happiest of times and a very Merry Christmas.

Stay safe Ray.

Stuart, Japan is one safest countries in the world. Very little crime here although suicide is real common. Suicide by train is the most popular. Right now most the trains in this area are shut down because one chose to take their life earlier this morning. Its approximently 9:30am here.

I just arrived home a few minutes ago. I am totally wasted but I do get to experience Thursday twice. It is Thursday, right. I'm going to head for bed shortly once the house warms up. Its been in the 20's here. Cold, clear, and windy. I'll post some stuff after I get some rest.

Welcome home Ray. That's one cute baby granddaughter you have! My mom said, "Newborns aren't always that beautiful." I'd have to agree with that.

Hey Stor, What part of the foothills are you from, east or west? Your participation in my forum is a great bonus. Glad to see you around. :D

Here's a few more photo's from the visit.

Bikes are very popular. You can always tell when your getting close to a train/subway station by the amount of bikes parked in the area.

There is a good sized park across the road from Todo City Hall. I believe this is some type of wood duck. To bad I shrunk these last few pictures so much. Must have been tired.

Mr. Richard, we were in Vietnam during the same Christmas. I don't know about you but I whined a bit about not being home. Sir, we made it home and we have God to thank for that. You have a new granddaughter and I have a new great-grandson. I wish I hadn't whined back then because God made it right in the end. Bless you and yours and Merry Christmas.

Denton, 40 years ago tonight I was out on an night time listening post outside LZ Beaver. I'm sure glad Charles didn't drop by for a visit. I still remember the other 3 men that went out with me. I'm sure God had a hand in getting me home! These two grandkids are another gift from God.
