Then take a look at this. If you are ANY kind of a hunter, this is going to give you an unreal amount of schooling.

I have actually spent some time with Ron, (Rancid Crabtree) and gone to the Deer and Turkey Expo in Madison, WI with him and been to his house about 15 minutes from mine. he is a modern day mountain man, an excellent teacher and a good man.

this tutorial, which has been on the net for a while now on various bowhunting, outdoors and hunting forums, is the finest I have ever seen and worthy of a "bump" for those that have never seen this.

Excellent tutorial. Thank you very much for posting it. Instead of trying to do it from memory I can go back and review this tutorial and do it right.

Found it last season and I love it. I printed it off and have it so I can look at it if I get lost.

Great tutorial! It should help a lot of folks from wasting or ruining meat.

Good do-it yerself tutorial! If you're doing a lot of deer, it doesn't make sense to freeze bone.

Here is a small video series I found on youtube for someone,
I have been processing my own deer for about 18 years now first learning from my father(RIP).
These videos break down the butchering pretty good.
