As a Veteran myself, I would like to offer a heart felt Thank You to all our service members, both past and present. I know first hand the sacrifices required of Military Service, and applaud all those who are willing to take up the yoke of freedom. As has been said many times, "Freedom isn't Free". Those of you who serve, or have served know that all too well. My wish would be that those who have never served could understand just how important our Military is to the well being of our nation, and just how much these mean and women have, and are giving, and that the Soliders, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, and Coast Guard members be afforded the admiration, honor and respect they are due!
Take the time today (or any day for that matter), to shake the hand of a Veteran, and tell them..."Thank you for your service". I do this anytime I am traveling and see a uniformed military member in the airports....many times the individual will tear up, so don't underestimate how much it means when you thank our troops!
God Bless our Troops, both past and present.
