Here is a new twist on doing scales. Instead of the traditional material, I am using my TAC-Ti™ with a twist. I had to cut the scales first, then contour them to get the feel. After that, make a fixture to re-run the parts to do the texture pattern. Then of course start the fit and finish. Still haven't decided on the final look of this knife, but it will come to me. Heres the finished set. Orange peel liners and bolsters. Deep blasted scales with highlighted tops.
