Yeah, it is scap aluminium held together with two bolts. My plunges are even since I started to clamp the blades. It allowes to make plunge lines in diferent angles. :)

I dont have a proper picture, but it is piece of board, angled on 60 degrees and with a little dent on the top of the corner. Nothing fancy. :)
