I don't have my Evenheat yet but I have another Q:
Is there a "preheat" for this steel? As in (Preheat too 1400deg for 30 min, then to 1950 for 45 min) Or just full speed to temp?

No preheat required. Most HT recipes requiring preheat are relating to thick sections. Few knives would ever require a preheat with any alloy we commonly use.
