I picked up a CQC-14 replacement lock side from STR a few weeks ago. After screwing up the installation, he straightened me out and gave me instructions on how to installe it correctly. It fits like a glove, super tight tolerances on the kit.
It is now my favorite carry knife. Thanks for helping me get this guy on correctly.
Best regards, Les.

Glad to hear it. It looks great! The lanyard is a nice touch with the skull clip!
I knew from your description of it what happened. Its come up before. Glad you took the time to make it right. I can tell looking at the pivot that its in as it should be now.
Thanks for the post and the great pic. By the way, I really like that little knife bottom right in the thumbnail. Even has a blue low rider on it. Looks like something Jens Anso would do for the handle. What is that knife and who makes it?

Those don't belong to me, those are other users pics. Image Shack pulls out related pics and shows them on the page you are displaying your pic on. I'm not sure how they do it, I'm guessing they have some sort of software that analyzes images and sorts them.
Anyway, thanks for setting me up. Hopefully we can do business again soon.
Thanks again and best regards, Les.
