I wanted to show My latest work. I'm three blades and two handles into this thing. Its about to kill me. Handle is milled from a single billet of 1018. The blade is 1080. Handle is to be engraved (by our own Mr. Ken Hurst). Then blued. Scales are mammoth.
Let me know what you think. good or bad.

Thank, Greg

GREG ---- take note, please don't polish metal to be engraved over 600 grit as I will jand polish all surfaces as I cut the patterns. Be sure to let me know how high a polish you want.

And another thing, when do you think you'll be sending out the first handle ? Gotta work it into my schedule. ken

Mr. Hurst,

I have it sanded to 2000 but I have some fitting issues with my ivory so I have to do a little reshaping. Nothing major, I'll take it back to 600 then.
I should have it ready to send out to you in a couple of days.
I'll call you tomorrow to get the particulars ironed out.
Once again I thank you for your time and help on this project.
