Since I have been making these Scandinavian style knives and sheaths I wanted to see if I could make a knife more similar to the style I normally make. This is what I came up with a 4" hand forged 1084 blade, wagon wheel fittings, and a wild cherry handle. 8 1/2" overall.

Elegant. Reminds me of a well made canoe, appears simple, but you know it's not. I like the lines.

Ray -- Don't you have some firewood that needs cutting, or some grass that needs mowing, or some leaves that need raking, or some fences that need mending, or some cattle that need branding...or something that a guy could do so he could hang out with you and see if some of your mojo would rub off on him. As always, looking good! -- Phil

Another super piece Ray. I love the oval shape of the handle, looks like it would melt into your hand and stay secure even when wet.

Great work Ray. Nice hamon and that wild cherry is mighty purty.
