Here are my first two knives, made a while ago. Both from old files. If you look up newbie in the dictionary there is a picture of me!

Both are great, but #2 looks like a great EDC with that type of blade and handle configuration.

Thanks for the comments guys. I'm sneaking my latest in here so I don't become a thread hog:
I started out thinking I'd use a nice whitetail shed for the handle, but one thing led to another and the knife I finished looks nothing like the knife I started out to make.
This one is a real recycle job. Handle came from an old piano, copper from an old computer heat sink, and an old Nicholson file for the blade. On to the next...

they all look good. i like the warny the best though.
