I don't hunt. But my knives and customers do. A customer of mine sent me these pics his first chance to use a new knife I sent him.
Dressed and caped the whole deer without resharpening.2thumbs

I miss hunting. I get to hunt some deer and squirrel once a year at my Mom and Dad's though. Two daughters doesn't help...

I think the deer in the first photo is the guy who ate my garden.

That was my Moose that I got this year that Andy posted. His knife performed like a champ. Ususally it takes several knives or sharpening one several times to get an entire moose taken care of. I have nothing but praise for the way that Andy's knife perfomed. I am very happy with my purchase.2thumbs

Beautiful, love the mount.

09-18-2009, 05:09 AM
Thank's guy's! jawilliams0425 I did the mount, I boiled it for 5-6 hours. then spent another 5-6 hours scraping the flesh off with my boker stockman. The wood is a single 1x6 piece of poplar I found and cut it into 2 pieces and joined together so the green stripe matched up :D

Ok guys and gals, you can't all move to Illinois, but you deer hunters can dream. These are from the north central and northern counties and have taken a lifetime to get. The last two pics are obviously not deer. The leopard is from South Africa and the lion was taken in the Kalahari on the Botswana border. Thanks for looking.
