Blade Material: W-2 From Aldo, HT by Peter's Heat Treating
Handle: Stabilized Spalted Maple Burl
Chef OAL: 15"
Chef Blade Length: 9.5"
Paring Knife OAL 10"
Paring Blade Length: 6"
