hi,
some knives for the kitchen i have finished. all the blades are in the 3" to 4" range, so they are paring/utility. the blades are either 3/32"15N20 or 1/8" 1084, from our good friend Aldo, heat treated to Rc60.

the knife below has a 1084 blade with a dogwood handle. the handle may look long, but after my wife(very small hands with MD) and I(very large hands with OA) gave it a test drive(celery,onion,garlic,potato,squash) it works well.
