My First

OA 10 3/4, Cutting edge 6 1/2. Going with dark red micarta handles. The steel is some i had laying around the barn. Wanted to practice before moving onto O1. Comments and suggestions very welcome.

Looks like you're starting off on the right foot. Do you have any idea what type of steel it is?

I think its just some mild construction steel. Not positive on that though.

Not bad at all for a first attemp. Keep practising and it will all fall into place.

Now if you would have practice with 01 you would have a knife. Looks good.
