Here is a chopper hot off the bench, 7 1/2" blade of stainless over 1095 San Mai with a patterned edge treatment. Stabilized Cherry Burl handle with 8 coats of clear lacquer. Nickel silver guard and pin, leather for protection when your not cleaving chicken or vegies. Thanks for taking a look,
