I was contacted by a man who holds a local fall festival every year and he asked me to set up and do some blacksmithing demos and in return I get to put my creations (knives included) up for sale. So are there any pitfalls here I should be aware of from those of you who have done similar activities? I plan to keep the demos very simple (nothing I cannot do with my eyes closed) maybe S-hooks, J-hooks, door stops, leaves and such. The only down side is it's in two weeks and I do not have a lot of inventory maybe five knives and some steak turners, hooks, key chains and such. My 13 year old son has seized the opportunity though and he has made several wooden knives out of scrap that he plans to sell to the kids for cheap.
