Damascus hunter with carved afzelia handle

Here's the last one I'll be taking to Boise. This is from my first billet of damascus. I made the billet during one of my recent visits to Ed Caffrey's shop. The billet is 310 layers of random pattern 1080 & 15N20.

Forged blade of 310 layer random pattern
9" overall, 4 1/2" tip to guard, .190" thick at the ricasso
Carved and sculpted Afzelia XY lace handle
Bronze guard
False edge, not sharp

This first pic does not represent the true color of the blade. The rest of them are pretty close.
