240mm gyuto Damascus and Buckeye burl

Im pleased to announce that we will be working directly with Butcher and Baker making some "stock" kitchen knives and tools. The plan id to have these in stock and ready to be purchased. (at least thats the plan)

Specs.

HHH 240mm Gyuto.
Overall length, 375mm Or 14 3/4"
Blade, 1080 and 15n20 Firestorm pattern damascus. 250mm from tip to heel. 53mm att at the heel. 2.5mm thick above the heel with distal taper to the tip.
Handle, Stabilized buckeye burl. secured with stainless steel Corby style fasteners and a single H mosaic pin.
Features, Rounded spine and choil, highly contoured handle. Distal taper, Blended grind.

Thanks guys! These are the first of many, We plan to do slicers and petty chef and a boning/filet knife in the same damascus with buckeye burl handles in the coming months. ..

Thanks Bubba.. I believe the company. Butcher and Baker will do great and prosper. There doing good stuff and have solid people and products.. So I expect to as well.. :)
