Looks great!

I have a question and it might be a dumb one... How does the hawk head stay secure to the handle without a wedge?

The handle and possibly the eye have a taper.

I have modified 5 various cold steel tomahawks, the heads are kinda rough and uneven and the eye typically are very rough. I have found that by reshaping the handle and eye both to have a nice gradual taper make the head and handle lock together pretty well without a wedge.
