Carbide End Mill

You can use an 1/8" carbide end mill and then get a #30 carbide reamer and ream to size.

The friend that asked me about it has been using a 1/8" end mill, but was looking for a #30 and I told him I'd ask, but I've never run across one before. I'm not sure they even make them. Thanks for the reply Chuck

Many tool manufacturers will make you whatever you want.

Harvey Tool is my go to company.

Great product, reasonable prices.

McMaster and Enco both sell Carbide reamers for about $25
