A couple for the kitchen.

Mot so great pictures, but these two are actually the first two wa handled knives that I have ever done, so I decided to use Keller handles. The suji is 280mm and is made from W2. The handle is koa and blond horn. The Gyuto is 270mm and made from 1084 and 15N20. The handle is thuya burl and blond horn, Both were tempered quite hard and are screamoing sharp thanks to Eamon Burke, who also made the poplar wood sayas.
