This is my OPERATOR combat blade and it's changed over the years and now I am very happy on how it has progressed. It is made from 80crv2 High carbon steel and it is tough as nails and is very durable steel and took some time to get the best heat treat for my designs. Anyway here is some pics of it and a custom hand stitched leather sheath for right or left handed carry and vertical/ horizontal carry.

HOORAH, DEVIL DOG! As a former Marine, I appreciate not only the design but the materials,
having (or having to use) a Ka-Bar the entire time I was in the Corps, I always wanted a much
better quality knife for my kit! While at the time I had no less than 10-12 knives with me while in the
field, none were of this type of quality! But that was a long time ago when 1095 was considered a
premium blade steel! That and 440C, which I hated! I would sharpen my Kabar for hours, granted
my sharpening skills weren't up to par, I was still capable of getting a decent edge, good enough to
cut my finger while sharpening, which made me think I was getting a great edge, yet once I got to
the field, the edge wasn't what I expected!
This KNIFE would stand up to the tasks demanded of Marines! LOVE IT! Great handle work, as well!
Thanks, Rex
