Damascus Hunter from Hell

I had all kinds of issues with this build including dropping it right after heat treatment and breaking a chunk off the blade. I was able to grind it out, the blades a little odd but functional.

Damascus steel 1084/15n20
Micarta pins
Fiddleback Maple scales
Brass lanyard hole.

One coat of Tru oil, I'll buff it out when I'm done.

I have about ten coats of Tru oil on and the grain is starting to pop. It will look great when I polish it up. What is everyone's favorite wax to use with Tru oil?

Nice looking knife! Sorry about the dropping mishap, but it turned out great in the end. I've had good success with Renaissance Wax over Tru-Oil.

I havent waxed any but was suggested ren wax or a good quality carnuba wax.
