DD Work Rest Question

Can anyone tell me what the approximate max tilt of the DD Work Rest is? I've been considering one for my KMG and would like to decide between the regular and the Extreme Tilt models.

Looks like all the way down to 6.8º - almost straight up 'n down!

Thanks, Ken. The one shown there is the Extreme Tilt version. I'm curious about the angle on the regular version. I may just bite the bullet for an extra $65 and go with the extreme model; it's probably worth the variability.

I have all three of DD models for my KMG. I have made about 15 knives with them available and have found all kinds of reasons to like them. For me, it was a great investment and upgrade. And Don was very easy to deal with. . . Hope this helps you out a little bit.

I will give Don a plug . I have the extreme and I have his small wheel one. They are very well made and very useful . The pricing is very fair considering if you had to go out and buy all the same parts and then found the time to actually make one at the same quality level .

i bought one way back,but found it to flimsy to really use. does anyone know if he has beefed up his design at all?
